Job Description
CGC Recruitment are working with a Tier 1 Contractor who are at the forefront of the Infrastructure boom Nationally across Australia. They focus on delivery of major projects across a number of different sectors including:

Transport
Defence
Building
Resources

Due to an increased level of workload on an existing program of works they have identified a critical requirement for an Electrical Project Engineer to work on a major Gas project in regional QLD. Project Manager on site and responsibilities will include:

Procurement of equipment, material & subcontracts
Day to day tracking of cost vs productivity for self-performed works
Developing method statements and risk assessments
Quality assurance: development of lot structure, ITPs and compilation at completion

As of the nature of the work, you will be heavily involved with ensuring the delivery of HV and Fibre Optic substation network for the gas gathering well sites and construction of CSG well head facilities.
Selection Criteria:

Electrical Engineering Degree
2-5 years Project Experience
Must possess experience on major Oil & Gas projects
Mentally and physically robust to work in challenging environments
