Our client is seeking a Temporary Site Coordinator to assist with project delivery across South Australia. The role involves managing onsite tasks, daily scheduling, and supporting the Senior Project Manager. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations.
The Role Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Oversee contractors daily, including job setup, scope review, and site work zone establishment. Manage HSEQ for a 3-5-person crew. Coordinate repetitive tasks and movements with crew and operators. Lead daily toolbox talks and information sharing between crews. Provide continual verbal and written site progress updates. Travel to both metro and regional sites across SA. Conduct Pre and Post 360 camera walks. Support the Senior Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, and Logistics Manager. Coordinate materials, equipment hire, and issue purchase orders. Track variations outside scope and review material usage. Analyse critical reports to maximise profitability. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth scheduling and customer satisfaction. Manage plant and equipment needs, ensuring availability. Organise meetings, functions, and events for project delivery. Assist with special projects as needed by management. Skills and Experience Required Qualification in project management or administration is advantageous. Proven experience in coordinating commercial projects. Proficient in Microsoft Office and business applications. Strong verbal and written communication, with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
