Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines, and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.Due to unprecedented growth across the east coast remote sector, specifically throughout our Central QLD region, we are looking for experienced Site Administrators to take us into our next growth phase, as we mobilise our Anglo American villages in the Middlemount, Moranbah, and Moura regions.Locals are encouraged to apply on a drive-in, drive-out basis. For non-locals, accommodation and meals will be supplied.The PositionsReceptionists - 14/7 roster - 10-hour daysThe PersonA team player with the ability to multi-task in busy environmentsMinimum 1-2 years working experience in administrationCertificate II in Business (desirable)Experience using accommodation booking systems within a hospitality or tourism environmentIntermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office SuiteHigh standard of accuracy in data entry and attention to detailA team player with a professional and friendly attitude, with the ability to relate to a diverse range of people, from front line staff to senior managementExemplary customer service skills and communicationAbility to think on your feet in a fast-paced environmentThe BenefitsYou will have the support, infrastructure, systems, and processes you would expect from a global organisation.
