About the Role Providing support to the Mining Equipment Maintenance Manager at Jimblebar, you will join an inclusive and strong performance orientated culture, where you will make a difference each day. This role is based at Jimblebar on an 8 days on, 6 days off roster and will include; Provide a high level of support to the department Superintendents and Supervisor teams High level calendar management Preparing agendas, minutes, presentations, reports, and coordinating meeting logistics Coordinating and raising purchase requisitions and reservations using 1SAP and C-Res platforms Coordination of events with both internal and external stakeholders Working closely with the Leadership team to support on boarding of new employees Travel and accommodation bookings via workflow and AEGBT portal Managing confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and diplomacy Order and maintain office, crib and site consumables and equipment Purchasing card reconciliations Execution of employee and contingent worker movements in Employee Central through Administrator KPT About You The successful candidate will have the following; Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Working knowledge of 1SAP desirable High level verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills and time management skills Achieves results through working with multiple stakeholders and managing multiple work processes in a busy and complex environment C class driver's licence is a requirement for this role About Our Process At BHP, we are committed to employing individuals who align with the BHP Charter Values and meet the requirements of the role.
