Under the supervision of the Site Manager, the Site Administrator, Purchasing is responsible for coordinating indirect purchases (non-product material) with the site team, purchasing team, and suppliers.
The position will be full time located at the site.

Responsibilities Collaborate with the site team to understand the site purchasing needs and budgets.
Collaborate with the onshore procurement team to identify the vendors.
Place purchasing requisitions through designed online purchasing platforms.
Expedite orders with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery to site.
Maintain records of purchases, ensuring proper coding for accurate cost tracking.
Promptly address shortages of purchased items.
Regularly monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to prevent shortages.
Receipting of goods.
Track specific KPIs related to site purchasing to facilitate effective project cost control.
Perform any other general administrative and site purchasing tasks as assigned.
Your Profile Office administration certificate or a combination of education and experience deemed relevant.
Previous demonstrated experience in site purchasing administration for large construction projects.
Experience in the Australian market is desirable.
Collaborative team player with a customer- and people-oriented approach, accountable, and solution-driven.
Fully computer literate with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
SAP knowledge is desirable.
Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in English in an international team environment.
Site Conditions A typical roster of 14 days in, 7 days out.
Camp accommodation is provided.
