Your future in food starts here | Site Administrator | Lance Creek THE OPPORTUNITY Location: Lance Creek, Victoria We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Administrator to join our team in Lance Creek .
This role will facilitate a smooth operation of the Lance Creek Site daily by performing a variety of administration tasks whilst providing excellent customer service.
YOUR RESPONSILBITIES Visitor and Contractor reception and inductions.
Traffic direction for deliveries and collections.
Procurement tasks such as data entry, monitoring payments and preparing purchase orders.
Assisting the Site Leadership Team with administrative support.
Maintaining all office and facility supplies inventory, replenishing as required.
Directing phone calls as required.
Coordination of mandatory training as directed.
ABOUT YOU Experience in a customer service or administrative role in a related industry.
Intermediate computer skills in data entry, and Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency in IT solutions and office software.
Experience in Microsoft AX or similar ERP software is an advantage.
Excellent time management and attention to detail Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
