Construction of the mill has recently been completed, with first gold pour completed in CY Q4 2023.Underground mining has occurred since late 2020 to establish multiple mining fronts that de-risks the project in advance of underground production.
The operation is an industry stand out with strong financial and ESG metrics underpinned by the exceptional grade of the project.The Bellevue Gold Project is located approximately 30km north of Leinster township and sits in a major gold and nickel producing district.

The company strives to create a high-performance organization that delivers superior shareholder value, positive ESG outcomes and an environment for people to thrive.The primary focus of this role is to manage the booking and administration of all flights to/from site and the room allocations for site-based accommodation.
The role will also involve a variety of secondary tasks, including (but not limited to) maintaining an accurate site roster, providing reception services and meeting all visitors, document control, assisting with site procurement (including ordering and receiving goods, and verifying receipts for accounts payable), maintaining site IT and phone systems, day-to-day management of the catering contractor and other general admin duties as required.This role is based on site on an 8 days on 6 days off fly in fly out roster.Your main duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):Point of contact for all delivery drivers, site visitors or any other non-BGL personnel accessing the mining leaseProviding reception services to all site visitorsPoint of contact for all incoming phone calls and taking and passing on messagesEnsuring site offices & training areas are properly presentedProviding accurate, timely and high-level administrative support to the wider site teamAssisting HR with the onboarding of new personnel (including ordering of relevant PPE in advance of their start-date)Maintaining and ordering office and stationary suppliesMaintaining multiple photocopiers, on a daily basis i.e.
ensuring adequate paper & toner suppliesOrganising couriers and deliveries for siteReceiving goods delivered to site and assisting Accounts Payable with verifying invoicesProviding support in formatting documents and maintaining a document control systemAdministering minor contracts and manage local temporary contract servicesMaintaining site IT and phone systemsDriving personnel to/from local airports as requiredDriving to/from Leinster to carry out miscellaneous tasks and complete errandsUndertaking other general administrative tasks as directedManaging personnel logistics on site, including rosters and accommodationMaintenance of site-based roster on a daily basis with reports being sent out to managers daily on planned movements.
