Job Description Project:
Acciona has been awarded the Design & Construct contract for the Singleton Bypass. This major project will see the construction of 8km of single lane highway with approximately 2.5 km of bridge structures and upgrades to local intersections. This diverse and challenging project has a 2 year construction program ensuring longevity in your role and presenting opportunities to grow within the business.
Opportunity:
We are looking for a Site Administrator to organise and coordinate office administration and procedures, to ensure organisational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety within the site.
Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support, monitor progress of correspondence, mail distribution, photocopying, binding, raising purchase orders, creation of documents and filing where required.Organise team-building events as required.Coordinate priorities and monitor progression of correspondence, files and enquiries received.Maintain an effective, efficient and clean office and communal areas; ordering stationary and kitchen supplies when necessary.Maintain confidential requirements/records.Liaise with cleaners, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure efficient service and deliveries.Greeting and assisting visitors; assisting with the onboarding of new starters.Proactively ensure the office is functioning at a high level by creating and implementing new policies and procedures.Any other duties as required by the Project Coordinator or management.Required Skills and Competencies: A tertiary qualification/certificate in business or substantial experience working in office coordination administrative support roles.Ability to cope with competing demands and a fast-paced environment. A proactive and flexible approach and able to be relied upon.Able to draft written correspondence and communications to management teams.Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability and self-confidence to liaise effectively with all levels of management and internal staff.If you feel like you meet some or all of the above criteria, APPLY NOW!
