As a Site Administrator in Cavan, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our site. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that are essential for the efficient functioning of our organisation.This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated individual to make a significant impact.Purpose of the RoleAct as the main point of contact and office coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of the Adelaide office, which includes:Office standards & maintenance – proactively monitor and work to maintain/improve office standards and maintenance, and act as the point of contact for team members in order to resolve office maintenance requests. This includes acting as the liaison with maintenance providers, cleaners, and other partners as required.Proactively monitor site supplies to ensure adequate stock - e.g., stationery, kitchen/pantry, and PPE for uniforms.Coordinator and point of contact for any office furniture updates/maintenance requests.Organising and coordinating catering for meetings, and other administration as required.Oversee staff at the reception area to ensure effective operations, including acting as the Site Receptionist (the role will be seated at reception).Assisting with the boardroom bookings, upon request and if necessary.Maintain site laundry accounts and update team member movements.Purchase order raising and receipting.Booking New joiner inductions while collaborating within the business to ensure a great onboarding experience.Calendar and scheduling management.Travel & entertainment expense reporting.Processing expenses for the GM.Booking and managing travel for the GM and others as needed.About YouThe ideal candidate will have:Highly developed administrative and organisational skills.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and adaptability to all levels of stakeholders.Customer service and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritise workload, use initiative, and multi-task.A self-motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable work style.High level of computer literacy.To apply, please follow the apply now prompts.For more information, please email Chanel Hirons at or call 8468 8010 for a confidential discussion.If the position is not quite right and you are on the hunt for your next opportunity within Engineering, Defence, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, LET'S CONNECT!At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
