Vestas are seeking a highly motivated and organised Site Administrator to join our team at Dulacca Wind Farm.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the site, helping to manage documents, coordinate schedules, and provide support to the site team.
Responsibilities Prepare outgoing mail and freight. Record information of incoming stock items, including checking quantities, recording locations, filingRaise, maintain and reconcile Site based Purchase Orders along with Purchase Order registerReconcile expenses, including corporate credit cards and maintain corporate card expense registerOrganize annual training for Vestas Site based employeesSupport Site Manager, QSE Professional and QSE Administrator to ensure all compliance of WHSMP, ERP are well documented and prepared in an accurate and timely mannerArrange all Emergency equipment required for Site. First aid kits, emergency response team PPE, radios etcRaise, maintain and reconcile vendor requirements for sites, site based purchase Orders for non-conformance reportsTasks completed to required level for KPI compliancePurchasing of Vestas Site office kitchen suppliesAccurately maintain and reconcile working hours of all wind farm employees, including subcontractors and client.Order all Installation Consumables and toolingArrange all PPE orders for Site based employees and visitorsArrange all Travel, Accommodation and vehicles for site-based employees and visitorsAssist site and stakeholders with reporting requirementsQualifications Minimum 5 years' experience providing proactive and professional Administrative and Management support at senior levelExperience with project management and a high level of organisational and planning skillsCustomer invoicing and accounts receivableWorking in an autonomous environment and taking initiativeAdvanced MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPointSAP Knowledge (desirable but not essential) or knowledge of similar ERP systemsAbility to establish and maintain an extremely high level of confidentialityInternal and External customer and supplier relationship building skillsAbility to keep relationships at a professional level to ensure objectivity in supporting the ANZ service management teamAbility to participate effectively as part of a teamHighly developed planning and organizational skillsExtremely well-developed written and verbal communication skillsHighly developed problem-solving skillsHighly professional approach to all activitiesWhat we offer A strong safety cultureDynamic and fast-paced work environmentAn opportunity to work with the world leader in wind energy.The opportunity to further develop your skills and professional development.Global career progression prospects.Diversity and InclusionAdditional information All potential employees will be subject to undertaking a full medical assessment to be considered for this role.Please note: We do amend or withdraw our jobs and reserve the right to do so at any time, including before the advertised closing date.Vestas is an equal opportunity employer.
