The Position
Working closely with the Site Operations Team and Senior Management you will be responsible for ensuring the administration of contract administration through the following;Prepare and distribute periodical and adhoc reports to scheduled time-frames;Record meeting minutes;Maintain administrative records and complete data entry;Process financial transactions such as:Complete billing procedures and process receipts,Coding and approving invoices Maintain 3-way matching records on deliveriesReconcile invoices for paymentComplete month end proceduresCoding Contractor InvoicesUDWL /Loss reportingGeneral Leger ValidationFollow company policies and proceduresCommunicate effectivleyOther duties as requiredThe Person
Demonstrated experience in Site AdministrationKnowledge of Microsoft Office and high level of computer literacyKnowledge and experience processing financial transactions/reconciliationHigh level communication skills is essential to be successful in the roleTeam player and able to work autonomouslyA Functional Medical with Drug and Alcohol Test, Police Check is required to be completed by the successful applicantThe Benefits
