5:2, 4:3 Roster Residential to Dampier 6 months About the Client: Rio Tinto Operates the world's largest integrated portfolio of iron ore assets. These assets include a world-class, integrated network of 15 iron ore mines, four port facilities, a 1,700-kilometre rail network and related infrastructure. Rio Tinto are expanding operations in the Pilbara to epic proportions while introducing next generation technologies to deliver greater efficiency, lower production costs and improved health, safety, and environmental performance. About the Role: WorkPac is currently in search of a Site Administrator to join our esteemed client's team, based in Dampier. This position is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week for 6 months with potential to extend. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide administrative and secretarial support to Managers. Coordinate domestic travel arrangements for Managers. Manage calendars effectively. Prepare presentations, agendas, and take necessary actions. Handle procurement tasks such as raising purchase orders and assisting with invoice processing. Monitor overdue financial commitments. Liaise with internal and external suppliers, addressing concerns promptly.
