About the opportunity: Northern Star Resources have an exciting opportunity for a Site Administrator to join the growing team at our Jundee Operations, this is offered an 8/6 roster, FIFO ex Perth.
Here's what awaits you: Managing the Site Access process for all new employees and contractor personnel in accordance with the Site Entry PolicyCoordination of travel arrangements for transport to and from siteThe management of site rosters and village accommodation allocationEnsuring timely and accurate data updates in Inflight and INX databasesEnsuring Pronto requisition and work orders are raised and compliant with company procedureEnsuring that the general office is kept in a neat and tidy manner and ensure that office equipment is maintained and functionalAssisting with coordinating site events and functionsAssisting with daily and weekly reportingSupporting operational departments with general administrative duties as requiredTo thrive in this role, you'll need: Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a Site Administration role, FIFO work essential.
