Could you be the Site Administrator that we're looking for?
Your future role: Reporting to the Project Director, the purpose of this role is to provide administrative and organisational business support to the Project Director and senior management group, ensuring the efficient operations of the Perth Metronet Project site. This is a permanent opportunity to join a leading organization in the transport industry with fantastic benefits!
We'll look to you for: Managing the entries and exits to site for visitors, suppliers, contractors, deliveries, VIPs and members of the public. Facilitating access, signing in/out, conducting Visitor Inductions, issuing PPE, connecting them with relevant site contact and assisting with enquiries. Issuing and management of inventory and access permissions of building security access cards & assigning keys and lockers to employees and maintaining accurate records. Ensure office facilities and amenities are clean, tidy, maintained and stocked with supplies. Ordering and issuing of PPE including maintenance of PPE stocks and spares for use by visitors. PR/PO creation and invoice approval/processing for all indirect purchasing requirements. Coordinate and facilitate arrival, orientation, desk allocation, IT, PPE, building access, ID card etc for new starters. Administration support such as minutes of meetings, presentations, correspondence, follow-up/action plans, maintaining org chart. You will serve as the primary representative of the Metronet office, utilizing your vibrant and cheerful demeanor to guarantee a positive interaction. Your role will be essential in creating a welcoming front-facing experience!
All about you: Strong administration background with the ability to meet deadlines & timeframes. Competent level in Microsoft Office applications. Experience in using SAP, Ariba or similar systems. Ability to juggle conflicting priorities and expectations. Purchasing experience is advantageous.
