Exciting Opportunities in Major Construction Projects in Karratha & North of Adelaide. Due to rapid growth and the award of high-profile contracts in the Oil and Gas, Iron Ore, and other Major Projects, we are seeking an experienced and driven Site Administrator to join our Engineering and Construction team.
In this role, you will report directly to the Project Manager and play a crucial role in the successful delivery of these projects.
We offer both local Karratha positions and FIFO roles on a 2:1 roster, with long-term opportunities.
Drawing on your previous experience, you will: Providing effective administration services directly to the project team Prepare information for dissemination to others; maintain and update records Providing a timely response to information requests from clients, suppliers, divisional services and the project team Works closely with the Project and/or Construction Manager to understand project priorities and ensure these are appropriately communicated to the team Cross referencing time sheets to confirm accurate costing is submitted Assisting and monitoring site entry requirements We would love to talk to you if you have: Minimum 2 Years' experience in a similar role Experience on large-scale construction projects working for similar companies is desirable Ability to cooperate with other in order to accomplish site and project goals Capability to adapt to change; handle stress; and persist toward goals despite obstacles Initiative to set and achieve work goals for yourself Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills High level of time management and the ability to handle a fluctuating workload Why Us?
