About the roleWe are currently seeking expressions of interest for Site Administrators and Senior Site Administrators for a large Civil Infrastructure project based out of Armadale, WA.
This role offers great career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.
Key responsibilities: Front of house duties including greeting visitors and facilitating sign ins and access passes as requiredCo-ordinate IT requirements for new & transferring staffCo-ordinate Project Monthly Stationery & consumable orders, raising purchase order numbers and processing invoicesManage induction process through EIFY system, send out invitations and collect relevant documentation and upload to system.
Arrange catering for meetings/functions and organise staff eventsMaintain internal, staff information and Outlook distribution listsProvide Administrative support to the Administration Manager, Project Leaders and Senior Project Leadership Team as requestedAssist with management of Weekly PayrollProvide professional customer service and ensure information provided to clients is accurate, timely and in accordance with organisational policies and proceduresProvide relief for other Site based Administration staff as required About you You have a minimum of 3 years administration experience preferably within a construction environmentSite/Project based experience is desirableYou are competent in all Microsoft packagesYou are a confident communicator who develops and builds relationships easilyYou can work in a fast paced, demanding environment with a proactive adaptable attitudeYou have a strong attention to detail and accuracy BenefitsWe work hard to create an environment that brings out the best in our people.
