We take pride in innovation through designing, constructing, building, maintaining and operating our own crushing and screening plants for Tier 1 mining sites. Additionally we provide ore processing and materials handling services to the mining industry across Western Australia. 
About the role The Site Administrator is to provide administrative support to the site team which helps to ensure effective operation daily and to ensure the effective and efficient movement of personnel to and from site on a 8/6 roster FIFO ex Perth to Iron Ore mine site in the Pilbara. 
Accountable for:Booking travel, creating rosters, and adjusting rosters for all site-based personnel as instructed or in response to staff taking leave or being unable to travel.Booking travel and accommodation and arranging site access for contractors and visitors to site, including Perth-based staff.Scanning and enter BAC/ Timesheets each day.Answering incoming calls to site and manage or redirect accordingly.Ordering consumables for site such as kitchen supplies and for events such as BBQs.Managing staff in database by entering, exiting, and extending 'contracts.Ensuring effective handover provided to back-to-back when going on R&R/leaving site.Responsible for:Inputting BAC/ timesheets to the register and submitting in time for the fortnightly payroll.Ensuring ongoing access to site for site-based staff including submit CHF's to extend access.Maintaining registers such as the mobile equipment prestart defect register and the fuel register.Picking up and drop off personnel from/to the airport.Submitting qualification certificates to RTIO CAT 2/3.Arranging gate access cards when required.Organising for the removal of wastewater, skip bins and other ad hoc services.  Organising for the delivery of potable water when required.Submitting weekly report and monthly report.To be successful in this role you will require the following: A minimum of 12 months experience in similar site-based position. Demonstrated experience managing rosters and flights.High level of computer literacy, particularly Microsoft office suiteStrong organisational and time management skillsHigh attention to detailStrong commitment to following health, safety and environment policies and procedures.Remote site experienceCurrent Drivers Licence  Current National Police Clearance or ability to obtain one.What we ask of our peopleAct in an open and respectful manner to our clients and our peopleSeek opportunity in all we can do and endeavour for continual improvement striving for positive outcomes for our client and people.Focus on solutions that provide a sustainable outcome in all we do.Adhere to project rules and requirements.Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, as well as a drug and alcohol screen. Why join us?A very attractive remuneration packageBe an integral part of our team, working in a dynamic work environment.Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Salary Sacrificing options. How to ApplyIf you're interested in this role, or would like more information, click Apply Now or email ****** for more information.
