About the Role
WorkPac are seeking a highly organised and proactive Site Administrator to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our site operations, ensuring efficient and effective administrative processes. This position requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. The role involves working away from home, with accommodations arranged by the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the site management team.
Manage and maintain site documentation, including contracts, permits, and safety records.
Coordinate daily site operations, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and tracking project progress.
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Assist with procurement and inventory management.
Handle timesheets, payroll submissions, and other HR-related tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
Support the implementation of site safety programs and initiatives.
Book accommodations for site staff and ensure smooth logistics.
Update skills and tickets in CMP.
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience in an administrative role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
