We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Site Administrator to join us in our Operations and Maintenance team in Newman Western Australia on a Permanent full time basis. Reporting to the Plant Manager you will play a key role in providing administrative support to the power station. The provision of a high quality and confidential administrative service is a key requirement in supporting operations. Key Responsibilities Being the first point of contact (phone or face-to-face) for members of the public, suppliers, visitors, contractors and facilitate inductions as required. Maintain accurate records and collate weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports for internal and external customers as requested, including collation of budgetary information. Coordination of invoices, company credit card statements, expense forms and queries of accounts related to the role and/or project activity. Coordinating training, workshops and travel & accommodation arrangements for power station employees. Coordinate mobilisation of contractors to our sits across the Pilbara. Maintenance of site safety PPE and stationery inventory. Assist in the resolution of IT issues, including Ellipse procedures and improvements. Liaise with IT staff when experiencing difficulties. Communicate effectively with team members and actively contribute to the output of the operations and maintenance team. Provide general administrative and operational support as required. Your background Proven experience in providing a confidential administrative service. High degree of computer literacy and skills in using the Microsoft Office suite of products Highly developed communication skills Strong problem-solving skills to enable resolution of administrative issues. Strong organisational and time management expertise Solid negotiating and conflict resolution skills and the ability to build and influence external and internal relationships. About the Team The Newman team consists mostly of a FIFO work force, who work on a 2 week on / 2 week off roster. Based mostly out of Perth, our team operate and maintain our Pilbara assets which include solar and gas power generation, battery storage, and electricity and gas transmission infrastructure.
