Come and join us in building the infrastructure our planet needs to achieve a sustainable future.Job DescriptionProject:We have a new large Water infrastructure project in Wilton.Opportunity:We are looking for a Site Administrator to organise and coordinate office administration and procedures, to ensure organisational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety within the site.Responsibilities:Provide general administrative support, monitor progress of correspondence, mail distribution, photocopying, binding, raising purchase orders, creation of documents and filing where required.Organise team building events as required.Coordinate priorities and monitor progression of correspondence, files and enquiries received.Maintain an effective, efficient and clean office and communal areas; ordering stationary and kitchen supplies when necessary.Maintain confidential requirements/records.Liaise with cleaners, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure efficient service and deliveries.Greeting and assisting visitors; assisting with the onboarding of new starters.Proactively ensure the office is functioning at a high level by creating and implementing new policies and procedures.Any other duties as required by the Project Coordinator or management.Required Skills and Competencies:Ability to cope with competing demands and a fast-paced environment.
