Job details 5:2, 4:3 Roster Residential to Karratha Only 6-Month Duration About the Client: Rio Tinto Operates the world's largest integrated portfolio of iron ore assets.
These assets include a world-class, integrated network of 15 iron ore mines, four port facilities, a 1,700-kilometre rail network and related infrastructure.
Rio Tinto are expanding operations in the Pilbara to epic proportions while introducing next generation technologies to deliver greater efficiency, lower production costs and improved health, safety, and environmental performance.
About the Role: WorkPac is currently in search of a Site Administrator to join our esteemed client's team, based in Karratha.
This position is full-time, on a 5:2, 4:3 roster for 6 months.
Must have some flexibility to cover weekends if required.
Duties and Responsibilities: Manage support tickets and track service requests efficiently.
Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Process various administrative tasks including IVMS tokens, Gate cards, PSG orders, and MSIC applications.
Engage with stakeholders and respond to customer service inquiries promptly and professionally.
Facilitate daily site communications to ensure all team members are informed and aligned.
Raise purchase orders and manage the processing of invoices for timely payments.
Collaborate with administrative staff to enhance operational efficiency and improve communication across the site.
Skills and Experience: Proven administration experience with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to problem solve, prioritize, and multitask effectively.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with SAP (process to pay); Power BI knowledge is a plus.
