Goldfields Crane Hire is seeking a highly experienced site administrator to assist with the running of our Kalgoorlie Depot.
We are looking for a Kalgoorlie local for this role, who has a strong mining and administration background, with exposure to all aspects of running a mining focused office - mobilisation, site access, medical bookings, logistical support and more!
What we are looking for: Strong administration expertise in the mining industry Experience in the Crane/Heavy Vehicle Hire industry highly advantageous Experience with mine sites and their requirements A solid Microsoft Excel knowledge base Experience with invoicing and raising purchase orders Previous experience as a site administrator and keeping an office running smoothly High level of attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks What your day will look like: Mobilising staff to sites - organising inductions, transport, medical clearances and site access Responding to customer requests and organising cranes to attend site Monitoring availability of cranes and manning to ensure quick response times to customers Raising POs for invoices and liaising with our finance team Attending to incoming communications from clients via email, phone, and face to face General data entry ensuring the accurate recording of the depot's activities Creating strong relationships with our clients and operators All the little things that can come up throughout the day!
