This is an exciting time to join Multiplex QLD working on a major hospital project in Coomera.
As a part of the Multiplex Commercial team, you'll be given everything you need to outperform and take your career further.
Utilising your strong interpersonal and organisational skills, the Site Administrator will support the projects commercial team with various activities such as processing payments, processing variations, purchase orders/invoicing, quotations for tender letting and document preparation.
You will also be required to support the project team with general administration tasks to oversee the smooth management of the office.
With a keen interest in construction and finance we are looking for someone who has worked in a fast-paced Administration role, has a can-do attitude with a strong work ethic and knows how to negotiate/influence.
It is critical that can develop and foster strong interpersonal relationships with all of our internal and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with construction projects is advantageous, but not essential – you'll quickly learn the lingo!
Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills are a must, as is high attention to detail and being able to think outside the box.
