The main responsibilities are:

Reconcile daily timesheets
Document controller
Booking required travel
Data entry
Processing time sheets
Fatigue Management
Assisting with training and onboarding
Provide assistance to site managers
Review of jobs upon completion and report to managers

The successful candidate will have:

Previous experience working on-site within an administrative capacity
Essential – Sound Microsoft Excel Skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to liaise with colleagues, management, stakeholders and clients clearly and concisely.
Demonstrated willingness to assist & provide support
High commitment to Health & Safety Practices

It would be great if you also have:

Construction industry white/blue safety induction
Current 'QAL/BSL/RTAY' Blue Medipass (3 site Medipass) or willing to obtain
