THE OPPORTUNITY: Reporting to the Construction Manager – Infrastructure, you will play an integral part in the day-to-day administration support for the site operations, ensuring workflow processes and systems are accurate and timely to assist in a smooth, efficient administration service to the operating mine.
This is a 12-month maximum term position, with a 2/1 roster based at our Pilgangoora Operation.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Coordinate all Site Travel, including the onboarding of new employees and contractor mobilisations to site.Organise team events and cateringAssist during meetings by helping prepare and taking if required taking minutes.Assist with LMS Online Induction queries and troubleshooting issues, resetting passwords,Perform INX InFlight end of month tasks,Accommodation and charter flight forecasting, identifying issues,Assist Shutdown Mobilisation and crew inductions,Liaise with Village Admin on room issues, maintenance, resident complaints,Provide efficient and timely turnaround of Contractor travel requests,Assist in organising Charter flights,Provide administration support in all areas to support the process and systems of the mining operation.Ensure accurate and on time completion of delegated tasks from the Supervisor, Site Administrator to support the functions within the Administration team,Assist with site travel for Perth Office staff,Assist with Site Administration duties when required in periods of leave,Procurement activities including raising purchase requisitions, receipting and invoice reconciliation in Pronto,Other ad hoc duties as required.ABOUT YOU: Previous experience in site base administrator position.Positive and friendly manner in supporting employees, contractors, and visitors at all levelsCurrent C class driver's license.Highly efficiency using INX InFlight program, MS Suite and ProntoAbility to meet deadlines and timeframesAbility to work in a busy environment and under pressureRespecting privacy and confidentiality in dealing with employee matters and information.Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to multitask and manage work output with constant interruptions.WHAT WE OFFER Competitive SalaryQuarterly cash incentives bonusHealth & Wellbeing AllowanceGreat accommodation and recreational facilitiesTake a front-row seat in the sustainable energy transformationWHAT WE STAND FOR Great peopleThink, do, achieveSafety mattersQuality productsValuing our partnersMaking a difference in the worldPROMOTING DIVERSITY Pilbara Minerals recognises that talented people come from diverse backgrounds, who can contribute to our successes in different ways.
