About the role WorkPac is seeking a proactive and organized Site Administrator to support the project team.
The role involves general administration, maintaining records, preparing reports, arranging travel and meetings, and coordinating with stakeholders.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential, along with prior experience in site administration or construction.
Key Responsibilities: Perform general administration tasks, including maintaining confidential records and filing reports, correspondence, and statistics for easy retrieval.
Liaise with the Contract Manager and staff to gather and distribute information to the project team and stakeholders.
Respond to telephone calls on behalf of senior project personnel when necessary.
Develop a thorough understanding of company policies and standards to provide support and guidance.
Capture, prepare, and distribute meeting minutes.
Prepare weekly and monthly production reports.
Update and maintain organizational charts as directed by the Contract Manager.
Arrange travel and accommodation bookings for project personnel.
Schedule appointments and meetings for senior project personnel.
Raise and process Work Orders and Purchase Orders, ensuring proper signatures, distribution, and filing.
Skills and Experience Required: High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including graphing and data manipulation.
Previous experience in site administration and/or the construction industry is advantageous.
Strong ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and teams.
A valid drivers license to handle pickups and deliveries.
