We provide a range of services that include Automation and Technology, Asset Management and Skilled Trades to support large-scale mining projects, working on a range of the latest OEM equipment with Tier 1 clients.

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Administrator for a 3-month contract with potential of ongoing work for the right candidate at German Creek Mine (Middlemount). This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a can-do attitude, who thrives in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities Perform basic data entry tasks using Excel and Pronto.Gather and compile documentation, ensuring it is stored in the correct locations.Prepare work order packages efficiently and accurately.Attributes We Value A positive, proactive approach and the ability to manage workloads effectively.Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.Punctuality and reliability for work schedules.Details of the Assignment Duration: 3 months.Location: German Creek Mine (Middlemount).Hours: Approx. 60 hours per week (12-hour days).Schedule: Start Monday morning, onsite by 9 am; finish Friday around 3 pm.
