Site Administrator - FIFO or local to Wagga Wagga Elecnor has been contracted to build EnergyConnect, a new 700km transmission line extending from Wagga Wagga NSW to the South Australian border.
This backbone infrastructure will connect customers with more renewable energy, enabling a further 4950MW of generation capacity, save NSW customers $180 million a year, and create 1,500 new construction jobs in regional NSW.
This role is located in our site office at Dinawan NSW, and would work as part of the existing Site Admin team reporting into the Project Manager.
Roster is 14/7 FIFO, or will consider a 5/2 roster for a local.

Your focus will include:
Raising purchase orders and placing orders Site procurement Checking all invoices and arranging payment of the invoices through project accounts Coordinate day-to-day office admin, such as office utilities Understand local authorities requirements and ensure compliance in coordination with the Project Manager Sharing of administrative duties, as instructed by Project Manager Purchase orders for non-construction material (office, safety, IT material) Consulting with vendors to obtain pricing and availability information Job costing: to ensure all creditor invoices are coded to the correct cost code Incoming quotes: to ensure quotes are passed on to the appropriate people Administer site transportation Any other tasks assigned by the Project Manager and Senior Administrator What you will bring to the team:
Over 3 years in a busy administration role, preferably in a construction environment Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills Exceptional prioritisation skills, and the ability to deal with ambiguity FIFO work experience highly desirable Flexibility to manage work and lifestyle commitments We're building a diverse workforce.
