Site Administrator – FIFO (Maternity Leave Coverage)Mining - Drill & Blast (Mining, Resources & Energy)Contract/TempMurchison Blasting Services is a growing family run business with over 20 years in the Mining Industry as a Drill & Blast Contractor.We are currently seeking a Site Administrator to join our Pilgangoora team, on a 6-month fixed term maternity leave coverage assignment.
There may be an ongoing opportunity for the right person.Reporting to the Site Project Manager and Superintendents, the Site Administrator will be responsible for all site admin duties, including but not limited to:Providing effective administration services directly to the project teamManage and maintain office/site suppliesWages timesheetsOnsite personnel and site requirementsMaintain and update recordsGeneral site administrationCorrespondence and roster managementProviding a timely response to information requests from clients, suppliers, divisional services, the project team, and head officeWorks closely with the Site Supervisor and/or Management to understand project priorities, and ensures these are appropriately communicated to the teamAssisting in mobilising personnel to and from siteWhat are we looking for?2+ years' administration experience in a site office in the Mining Industry.C' Class Driver's Licence.Sound knowledge of MS Office products such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.Previous experience in a FIFO position would be advantageousTime managementAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to meet deadlinesSelf-motivatedStrong organisational skillsWhat can we offer you?A competitive base salary plus superannuationProfessional career development8:6 rosterIf you would like to submit your expression of interest, please submit your resume outlining your skills and experience along with two current references.Should you be successful in being offered a job with us, you will be required to pass a medical and Drug & Alcohol screening test and provide a current Police Clearance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
