Site Administrator / Document ControllerAustral Construction is an established Engineering Contractor providing services to the Mining and Infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities include general onboarding coordination, arranging pre-employment medicals, assisting with preparing and maintaining rosters, travel arrangements, procurement, and ensuring internal and external requests are fulfilled and achieving all deadlines.The ideal candidate for this role would have experience in Site Administration and Document Control, preferably with hands-on experience using Aconex for project documentation management.
They should be familiar with ensuring the smooth running of site operations while managing and controlling documentation processes efficiently.Responsibilities will include:Organizing, cataloging, and tracking documents including project plans, contracts, and technical manuals in line with regulatory or company standards.Assisting new starters by forecasting requirements and preparing for their arrival.Organizing employment paperwork, medicals, and training where required.Ordering and allocating Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Arranging flights and accommodation for site-based personnel, visitors, and contractors.Maintaining and updating weekly rosters and staff registers.Maintaining timesheets and updating data for weekly wages.Raising purchase order requisitions as required.Negotiating with suppliers, following up on orders, and taking delivery of purchases.Position requirements:Good experience on Aconex.Be based in Western Australia.Minimum 2 years' experience in a mobilisation role.High level of accuracy, and aptitude for identifying potential disruptions with travel bookings and rosters.Experience with Pronto or similar ERP is desired though not essential.Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.Previous experience working with complex rosters will be favourably considered.What's on offer:Competitive remuneration package.Variety of daily tasks.Be part of an engaged team and fun working environment.Successful candidates will be required to pass a full medical, online tests, and inductions.If this position sounds like the rewarding role that you have been seeking, please apply and attach a current CV detailing your suitability for the role.Should you have any questions please call Mark Wood on 0437 929 344.Austral Construction is committed to building a workplace culture that values diversity and inclusion.
