We genuinely value our Employees and understand our team is our biggest asset therefore we offer excellent conditions and opportunities for the right people.RDH are currently seeking an additional Project (Site based) Administrator to add to our growing team.We would like to get the successful candidate onboarded as soon as possible, to give you an introduction into the role and training from our current Project Administrators located in Geraldton, giving you all the insights, skills and tools to hit the ground running when the position commences on site.Our Site Administrators undertake a pivotal role in managing site administration and assisting the Site Supervisor and HSE Team with onsite requirements.Responsibilities:Management of onboarding, site access, Mobilisations, and de-Mobilisations for site personnelBooking and coordination of flights and accommodation as per site requirements.Daily, weekly, and monthly reportingReconciliation of timesheetsAssisting in Document Control recording and trackingAssist HSEQT team with Health and Safety initiatives, policies, and proceduresCoordinating site events, pre-start notices and Toolbox agendasLiaising with all office teams from Geraldton Head Office (Projects, Commercial, Accounts, HR, Projects)Reporting to our Senior Project Administrator who is based in Geraldton Head OfficeTo be considered for these roles, it is preferred that you have:Knowledge and/or previous exposure to Civil Construction & MiningOne year remote site administration experienceAble to work autonomously and as part of a teamAbility to learn new software systemsSound knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteOutstanding communication skills and ability to build rapportExperience / understanding of commercial contracts highly regarded.Reliability and able to commit to a 2:1 rosterCurrent Drivers Licence (HR advantageous but not essential)White Construction CardAble to pass a full Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol Screen.Red Dust Holdings employee benefits can include:Competitive rates of pay and higher than average salariesFantastic career development and ongoing training opportunitiesPermanent contract - with all leave entitlements, including leave loadingProgressive company who genuinely values their EmployeesDirect contact to Management for any queries resulting in quicker than average problem solvingA fast paced but inclusive, involved, and supportive work environmentSimple and strong supporting office systemsA management team who has extensive site experience to better understand the daily issues and work through mitigation of those in a supportive and productive mannerGenuine recognition within the company as a member of the team and not a numberEmployee Assistance Program.
