Duration: 3 to 6 months FIFO from Brisbane, Rockhampton, or Mackay Roster: 2 weeks on, 1 week off Responsibilities: Manage all administrative functions to support smooth operations at the mining site.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for site personnel.
Assist with payroll processing, timesheet management, and expense claims.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
Support procurement activities by processing purchase orders and liaising with suppliers.
Provide administrative support to site managers and supervisors as required.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Administrator or similar role in the mining or construction industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with administrative systems and software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
