Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) We are currently seeking an Administrator to join a specialised Engineering Consultancy working in the mining industry located in Leederville. The company has been established for over 20 years, with 35 staff members with a friendly, professional, and dynamic company culture. By way of business growth, a rare opportunity has arisen to work across various departments such as Contracts, HR, HSE, Mobilisation and Quality with full training provided! Key duties will include:Document formatting and controlAssisting contracts team following up on supplier documents Assisting HR with new employee filesAssisting mobilisation with purchase of uniforms, flight, and travel arrangementsExperience required:Previous experience in a professional office environment Advanced MS Word – specifically document formattingStrong communication and written skillsWillingness to learn new skills and work in a team environmentPrevious exposure to Contracts, Accounts, Mobilisation, Quality, HSE is an advantageThe office is located a very short walk from the Leederville train station or paid parking is available.
