ABOUT THE ROLE:Our Tier 1 Client is seeking a highly experienced Site Admin to provide Admin support across multiple areas on site as requested by the Site Support Manager. This is a multi-faceted role that will have a variety of duties, touching across many of divisions within the Site, including Site Travel & Admin, General Administration, Management Support, HSE Admin & Camp Support.
DUTIES:Managing rosters, flights, accommodation and all travel movements for site owners team including site entry paperwork & site access cards.Onboarding of site based owners personnel in conjunction with leader as per Projects onboarding procedures.Maintenance of Org Chart in relation to Contracting workforce.Monitor, process and stock PPE orders for site owners' team.On-Site management of office stationery supplies, kitchen consumables and computer consumables including monitoring, processing and ordering.Assist with the facilitation (delivery) of Inductions when required.Assist all roles within the Management team on-site with daily tasks, site communication needs and any other general duties required to meet operational needs.Asset management register of project vehicles.Monitoring if required Journey Management plans for contractors/owners team attending site.Monitoring and support as required with preparation of DMIRS appointment letters and register.Compiling quarterly project newsletter, assist in buddy program for all.REQUIREMENTS:Proficient in MS Suite, Intermediate Level of Excel, Powerpoint, Word processing skills for Newsletter.Proven experience within a similar role covering Mobilisation, Site Admin, Management Support, HSE Admin etc.Ability to communicate professionally both written and verbally.Maintaining a positive and personable demeanor within a team.Availability to undertake the full 12 month assignment.RTIO Inductions Advantage.Ability to pass Pre-Employment Medical & LABDAS.C Class Drivers Licence (minimum).WHY US?Working with a highly regarded Tier 1 Client.Employee Assistance Program offered.Employee Journey Program.A Company big enough to deliver; but small enough to care about all Employees.To be considered immediately; "Apply Now".
