About the role:We are looking for a full-time permanent Site Account Manager to join the team to identify and support sales opportunities, where current and new business opportunities exist and take responsibility for the growth of Company's products.Specifically, you will:Provide expert technical guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.Seek new customer opportunities by utilizing Sandvik break-in offerings.Travel to customer sites and other office locations as required.Work with the customer to provide process improvement on specific applications.Liaise with sales, product support and product management to establish testing procedures, matrices, and follow-up reporting.Report and record competitor installed base and report findings.Domestic (and occasional international) travel as required.To be successful in the above duties, you will have:Demonstrated experience in a similar position and within a relatable industry.
