This role is responsible for ensuring that the administrative side of each trade department is running efficiently by supporting the department superintendent in their daily duties. Duties include:Monitoring and updating employee training and qualificationsMaintenance of qualification matricesCoordination of flights and accommodation for our FIFO teams Reviewing of works in progress and closing out outstanding jobs in a timely mannerTracking and delivery of material purchasesMaintaining the superintendent scheduleAttending and minuting meetingsAbout you:You will be a strong and dynamic leader who is self-motivated and passionate about all aspects of administration delivery. You will have demonstrated experience in managing a team with the ability to create and maintain a safe and inclusive culture.
