Experienced Head Chefs who are hands-on, can engage, empower and lead our catering team and deliver a successful high-quality service to our clients.
The Role: Provide breakfast, crib lunch, desserts or dinner service for residents on site (be able to work both night shift and dayshift on a rotating roster) Ensure food presentation, product presentation and meal service are to Sirrom standards Work within budgeted food costs Maintain minimal food wastage Prepare and serve meals according to the menu and Sirrom Guidelines in line with client requirements Maintain strict health and hygiene standards and systems in the kitchen We're looking for candidates with: Must have a minimum 3 years work experience on a remote mine-site village or workforce camps in a similar role Bulk catering experience, hands-on cooking of bistro & buffet style services with consistency and excellence in food presentation standards across Breakfast, Crib, Dinner and Desserts, catering from 400 to 1000 residents.
