The Non-Standard Service Request (NSSR) Specialist is responsible for assisting the NSSR manager in the successful completion of NSSR and supporting the Switchboard team as a switchboard operator, covering leave.
Your day to day will consist of:
Responding to client requests with plans for delivery of NSSR.
Coordinate equipment and resources to deliver NSSR within contracted SLA.
Manage resources to achieve planned margins.
Ensure NSSR delivery fulfils agreed scope to required quality.
Prepare client status reporting and attend client meetings.
What makes you perfect for the role?
Experience in client service and administration.
An AGSVA baseline security clearance, or the ability to obtain this level of clearance.
Previous experience in Project Administration, IT Service Managed and or ICT Infrastructure.
Previous experience operating a switchboard desirable.
