Join our dynamic team at amaysim as a GTM Planning Manager.
As part of our integrated marketing team, you will lead go-to-market planning and implementation across the business, working closely with marketing, sales, product, tech, and our PMO to ensure we deliver to our short and long term goals.
A tale of two halves, this role also supports the SLT and ALT in mapping out our strategic narrative.
This includes a sharp focus on our annual strategy and our roadmap to delivering both our short and long term goals.
From authoring critical plans to guiding daily activities, you will be instrumental in implementing growth strategies with strong leadership, expert problem-solving, and results-driven solutions.
Your day in the life at amaysim
Integrated marketing planning and implementation.
Take ownership of go-to-market planning, developing and maintaining GTM framework to ensure consistent approach for each product/proposition/experience taken to market.
Development and management of timelines, campaign calendars and operational delivery of GTM plans to meet business objectives.
Input into quarterly business planning and product development roadmaps.
Partner with SLT and ALT to co-ordinate and co-author key business reporting milestones internally and in partnership with Optus & Singtel (where required) – may include AOP, monthly BPR, quarterly AAB and Exco communications.
What makes you perfect for the role?
Proven experience in Go-To-Market or a Senior Marketing role, within the FMCG, telco, banking and insurance sectors will be highly regarded.
Experienced cross-functional leader with a proven track record of Go-To-Market planning and implementation.
Ability to influence a wide range of team members and motivate them to achieve results and KPIs.
Strong communicator, able to build successful relationships and steer cross-functional teams.
Commercially minded and results-driven.
Strong narrative writing skills, attention to detail, and a maintaining a close understanding of business priorities and performance.
