Impact of the role Reporting to the Head of Individual Giving, the Single Giving Lead will be responsible for shaping fundraising strategies to support the development of a high-performing Single Giving program, with a key priority on driving acquisition. You will lead acquisition and retention campaigns across channels, including direct mail, telemarketing, and digital, fostering an engaged and connected supporter community.

In this collaborative role, you will partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. Your focus on high-quality donor care will boost engagement and promote sustainable revenue growth.
Additionally, you will work closely with the Regular Giving Lead to align campaigns and maximise cross-promotional opportunities, creating a seamless journey for supporters.

Responsibilities Develop and implement a Single Giving strategy to achieve annual revenue and donor acquisition targets.Plan and execute multi-channel Single-Giving fundraising campaigns, utilising digital, direct mail, telemarketing, and emerging channels.Analyse donor data to create targeted, personalised communications that enhance engagement and donation value.Enhance the supporter journey for cash donors, focusing on retention, upgrades, and reactivation.Maintain consistent, high-quality communications that build trust and commitment to the organisation's mission.Oversee campaign planning and execution, optimising performance to boost response rates and average gift size.Collaborate with creative teams and external agencies to produce compelling content and visuals that resonate with donors.Manage key agency relationships to drive program performance.Track and report on key metrics to measure campaign success, providing data insights for improvement.Work with the Supporter Relations team to ensure timely acknowledgment and stewardship of donations.Manage budgets for Single Giving activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.Test innovative solutions and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement metrics.Manage a Single Giving Officer providing support and guidance and fostering a collaborative team environment.Skills and Experience: Proven experience in a similar individual giving, appeals or direct marketing role, with relevant qualifications or skills.Ability to develop and execute end-to-end acquisition and retention campaigns, consistently meeting revenue and donor targets.Strong project management skills with high attention to detail and effective time management.Data-driven with expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and analytics.Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels including external agencies.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team with the ability to engage and inspire as a team manager.Experience with fundraising systems (CRM familiarity, preferably Raisers Edge) and reporting tools; proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.Applications Please apply by uploading your resume expressing your interest and suitability for the role.
