Single Cell / Deep Learning - Expert Computational Scientist

Looking to identify  Computational Researchers in the EU  with Skills in  Single Cell and DeepLearning Essential PHD + Experience Proficiency in  Python  and experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g.,  TensorFlow ,  PyTorch ).
Extensive experience in Single-cell and Multi-omics analysis (experienced) Experince in the development of Deep Learning models ; Foundation Models, Transformer Models, GNNs (or similar, high-level model development) Deep Biological knowledge  Highly Preferred Experience with  network biology  or  systems biology  approaches to analyze biological networks and regulatory pathways.
