Make an impact at SercoAs a SIMS Control Room Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring the Fiona Stanley Hospital site and managing various systems, including CCTV, intercoms, building management, and parking systems. You'll respond swiftly and professionally to incidents, ensuring the safety and security of staff, patients, and visitors. This full-time role requires high levels of attention to detail, initiative, and customer service to ensure efficient service delivery and incident management.
As a SIMS Control Room Operator in the Safety and Incident Management Services team, you'll make a positive impact by:

Monitoring CCTV footage and escalating incidents as needed
Managing daily operations of the Control Room, including coordinating work orders
Responding to customer queries via phone or intercoms and deploying officers as necessary
Monitoring system alarms and providing access control for critical areas
Supporting the SIMS Team Leader in gathering evidence for incident reports and KPI disputes
