Reporting to the Agricultural Manager, this Mon-Fri position will provide administrative support to the Agricultural team with a focus on accounts payable (AP) & financial data entry & reporting activities.
What You Will Do Working as part of a busy, operationally focused team - duties may include (but are not limited to):
Liaising with external growers for enquiriesProcessing of crop grower paymentsCoordinating PO requests & receipting of POsField Officer supportMaintaining quality documents within Simplot's QMS (Reliance)Trimble Ag administrative supportMaintaining of, and contributing to development of database/systemsCoordination and maintenance of training recordsOrganising of grower eventsCalendar managementAbout You 100% commitment to health & safety in the workplaceDemonstrated experience with a busy administrative role (3 years minimum) - Accounts Payable experience within an agricultural environment would be advantageousCustomer service mindset with the ability to liaise with a diverse group of stakeholdersPossess a high attention to detail with an outstanding organisational skill setIntermediate user of the MS Office suite of products - with advanced MS Excel skills being highly regarded.Willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical (incl. urine-based drug & alcohol screening)Please click on the "Apply" button to submit your application, ensuring a covering letter outlining your suitability for the role AND an up-to-date resume are included.
