About you: We are looking for an individual who has strong customer service skills with a proven track record in automotive sales. You will be highly organised, a proactive thinker, have experience in managing a sales team and act as a motivating force to drive business outcomes.
The successful candidate will be computer literate and possess excellent operational knowledge of DMS & CRM systems. Prior experience supervising and leading a team of Sales Consultants will be viewed upon favourably.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes: Previous management experience will be highly regarded Previous automotive sales experience (Experience with luxury automotive brands will be looked upon favourably) A proven track record of achieving sales targets A strong work ethic A current drivers licence - with the ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission In return, we offer: A 5-day work week A competitive remuneration package!
