Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a Service Coordinator to join our award-winning administration team in Mt Isa. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role working 38 hours per week.
As a Service Coordinator, you will:
Act as a liaison between the Service Team, our customers and the corresponding product/mining support representatives by engaging in effective communication on the scope of work, job pricing and timeframes with all parties. Facilitate invoice clarity and prompt payment by ensuring segments have accurate and complete parts, labour, miscellaneous charges, and work descriptions before closing. Create and maintain records within the Asset Tracker system to ensure all movements of customers and HDAL assets are accurately recorded. Ensure customer requirements are accurately captured and communicated to the Service team through monitoring, following up and maintaining high attention to detail. Understand and implement action plans developed by Service Management and strategies designed to achieve monthly financial performance and revenue targets. Why Hastings Deering? About You A successful teammate will have the following:
Minimum 5 years previous experience working in a customer service or administration role. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Understanding of SIP and systems such as AX.
