About the Role:
As a Mobile Maintenance Manager, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for the maintenance of heavy earthmoving equipment. This position is perfect for a proactive leader committed to fostering a culture of safety, compliance, and excellence within the workplace. You will oversee budget management, maintenance planning, and execution, while striving to meet performance KPI targets.
What's on Offer: A full-time permanent position Roster: FIFO – 4 days on; 3 days off, Monday to Thursday Base Salary: $208,433 - $242,848, depending on experience STIP – Cash: 30% of base salary LTIP – Shares: 30% of base salary Site Allowance & Health & Wellbeing Allowance Commencement Date: As soon as possible Accommodation in a camp featuring ensuite rooms, sports courts, and a gym Opportunities for career development within a growing company As a Mobile Maintenance Manager, you will: Work closely with the Group Manager - Assets to identify and select mobile equipment and coordinate short-term asset transfers between sites. Oversee mobile maintenance budgets, staffing, and generate monthly and quarterly reports on OPEX and CAPEX performance in relation to the budget. Lead critical maintenance projects and initiatives essential for business operations. Provide effective leadership to ensure that teams clearly understand their tasks and the standards for quality, quantity, results, and deadlines. Contribute significantly as a member of the management team to foster a positive, safe, and productive workplace culture. Maintain a visible presence while offering mentorship and leadership to your teams. Champion safety awareness by leading proactively and setting a strong example. The Ideal Candidate Will Possess: A current "C" Class Manual Western Australian driver's licence An Australian Recognised Trade Certificate and/or relevant tertiary qualifications A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within an underground mining environment Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance practices and WH&S regulations Experience with a CMMS such as Pronto (desirable) A Certificate IV in Leadership and Management and First Aid qualifications (both desirable) Ready to take the next step in your career?
