We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper with a strong background in 5-star operations to lead the housekeeping team and uphold the resort's reputation for excellence.
About the Role
As the Executive Housekeeper, you will oversee the resort's housekeeping operations, ensuring unparalleled cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction. Your leadership will set the standard for excellence across all aspects of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring 5-star standards across guest rooms, public areas, and amenities. Recruit, train, and inspire a skilled housekeeping team dedicated to premium service. Monitor and control departmental budgets, inventory, and schedules to achieve operational goals. Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to luxury standards and compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless and memorable guest experiences. Innovate and implement efficient processes to enhance service quality and team performance.
What We're Looking For
Extensive experience in 5-star hotel or luxury resort environments with a proven record of success in housekeeping management. Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for maintaining premium service standards. Strong leadership and team-building skills to create a motivated, high-performing department. Financial and operational acumen, including experience with budgets, inventory, and scheduling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams. Proficiency in hotel management systems and reporting tools. A flexible, adaptable approach to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury setting.
