Description The Multi Domain Solutions Division at Leidos has an opening for a Signals Intelligence Systems Engineer, Integration and Test Coordinator in Alice Springs, Australia. The successful candidate has experience in signals intelligence operations and will provide SEI&T support to 24/7 mission operations. This position solves problems and manages operations projects with minimal oversight.  The candidate provides input to new products, processes or standards in operational plans in order to implement customer integrations and/or objectives.? The candidate is required to possess demonstrable technical skills and the ability to work constructively and collaboratively across multiple functional and technical areas to achieve a positive impact on explicitly stated and implicit program goals.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead systems engineering, integration and test support to assess, plan, coordinate, schedule and implement projects from inception through system transitionManage system integration projects and provide reliable data to the customer enabling them to make informed decisions regarding the installation, integration checkout and test of operational system modifications and upgradesExpertly communicate with many levels within the program, other contractor and government stakeholders and work to positively influence at an operational level regarding policies, procedures and practicesLead SEI&T on state-of-the-art systems in a dense and dynamic environmentOversee, maintain and supply expert level tradecraft and systems knowledge to enable operationsLead the integration of government systems and provide training assistance on tools and collectionTroubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutionsBasic QualificationsRequires a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and 12+ years of prior relevant experience in signals collection, real-time operations, or signals analysis or a Masters degree with 10+ years of prior relevant experienceExperience in systems engineering, integration, and test in specialized intelligence systemsRequirements analysis and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment (Customer, SETA, Contractor)Proven experience and proficiency with Signals Intelligence collection tools and techniquesExcellent verbal and written communication skills and detail orientedAbility to work collaboratively and constructively with leaders across the siteAbility to work in a fast-paced team environmentActive TS/SCI with Polygraph and US CitizenshipPreferred QualificationsProficiency in multiple types of SIGINT collection or technical work at customer sitesExperience with specialized IC SIGINT tasking, collection, exploitation, analysis, and mapping toolsKnowledge of specific customer requirements and intelligence oversight policies Ability to evaluate and document system inaccuracies and identify improvementsOriginal Posting Date:2024-12-02While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.Pay Range:Pay Range $126,100.00 - $227,950.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
