That's the #powerofexperience.About the roleWe are currently seeking a Signalling Senior Project Engineer to join our ever-growing Rail Operations team based in Sydney.Rail Operations is an internal business unit within Laing O'Rourke, specialising in the sole delivery of all aspects of Rail, working with a team of technical experts to deliver a high portfolio of work across New South Wales.Key responsibilitiesCoordinating on-site construction engineering activities to achieve project cost, time, quality, and sustainability objectives safely.Provide support to the Project Manager being directly responsible in the delivery aspects of their package of work to ensure the project is delivered within budget, time, quality, and sustainability objectives safely.Responsible for the direction, performance and mentoring of the direct report project engineers and site engineers on the project.About youDegree in an Engineering Discipline (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) or Construction Management with Chartered Professional Engineer status or equivalentMinimum of 10 years' experience in the Engineering/Construction fieldKnowledge of Railway Engineering Standards & Specifications, Modern Signalling Technology and Signalling PrinciplesExperience in the Rail IndustryValid construction Green/white cardBenefitsWe work hard to create an environment that brings out the best in our people.
