About the role   With multiple positions available we are looking for experience hospitality leaders who are looking to make an impact and develop their career.
You will be heavily involved in the day-to-day operations and partner with the Restaurant Manager to improve operational procedures and maximising store profitability.
Key responsibilities; Ensure compliance with all policies to and procedures including safety, operations, cash etc Handle and resolve customer complaints Empower crew and shift managers to achieve KPI's Provide leadership and coaching to shift mangers and crew Handle any performance issues with crew Ensure compliance with food safety standards   About you 2+ years' experience in hospitality or retail management Proven track record of achieving KPI's Positive attitude with an ability to motivate others Ability to juggle competing priorities and maintain composure in stressful situations Good attention to detail   Please apply if you are interested.
